High quality steam is the guarantee of the producing technics in many industries, such as food, chemical, beverage, beer, medicine and electronics fields. There are lots of impurities and condensate contained in steam and they are unremovable by applying general rough filters. It is stainless steel steam filters that can meet the quality requirements and to protect the sterile filter, sterilizer and the pipes of downstream from blocking and contaminating.

Housing

Refined 304 or 316 healthy frade stainless steel shell, high-precision mechanical polishing inside and outside, coupled with a special shell lock sleeve, pressure endurance up to 16 bar.

Filter Element

Hanke SS refined titanium vacuum sintered porous element, which applies to steam, liquid and deep filtration of industrial liquid, can reach temperature endurance up to 280°C. There are 0.2 to 100um precision optional, standard types include 1µm, 3µm and 25µm.

Filter Element
